1、設備安裝調(diào)試：

免費為用戶提供所購儀器的安裝調(diào)試服務。在進行安裝調(diào)試前用戶方應提供相應的準備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調(diào)試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。設備安裝調(diào)試由多年行業(yè)資深工程師免費進行。保證用戶可以正確使用、軟件操作和一般維護以及應及故障的處理。

2、培  訓：

我公司工程師免費為用戶提供操作人員培訓，直到操作人員能獨立操作為止。

3、設備驗收標準：

用戶方按訂貨技術(shù)要求進行驗收。并符合國家標準要求。設備驗收在用戶方進行并由我公司安裝調(diào)試技術(shù)人員和用戶共同在維修報告上簽字以確認儀器的調(diào)試工作完成。

4、設備維修服務：

我公司產(chǎn)品自用戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試驗收合格后2年內(nèi)免費保修，終身維護。在2年免費保修期內(nèi)產(chǎn)品發(fā)生非人為質(zhì)量問題，我公司為客戶提供免費維修。如產(chǎn)品在免費保修期外出現(xiàn)故障，維修服務只適當收取材料成本費。

5、技術(shù)zhi持：

對于所需儀器的用戶，根據(jù)用戶的要求提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)方案。除了常規(guī)的儀器服務外，我公司技術(shù)部還可為用戶提供各種非常規(guī)設備的技術(shù)zhi持。

6、售后響應：

在接到用戶維修邀請后，2小時內(nèi)做出反應，并給予解決。如未解決，我公司指派工程師及時到達用戶現(xiàn)場，解決問題至設備正常使用為止。
